How do I create a payment link?
Navigate to the Payment Links section in your dashboard sidebar. Click "Create Link", fill in the payment details (amount, description, customer info), and share the generated link with your customers via email, SMS, or social media.
How long do withdrawals take to process?
Withdrawals are typically processed within 5-30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank. A flat fee of ₦50 applies to each withdrawal.
What payment methods do my customers have?
Your customers can pay via bank transfer (powered by 9PSB/Bellbank) or debit/credit card. Bank transfer collections are charged at 1% (capped at ₦300), and card payments at 1.5%.
How do I update my business information?
Go to Settings in the dashboard sidebar and select the Business Profile tab. From there you can update your business name, contact details, logo, and banking information. Some changes may require re-verification.
Is my data secure on Volboo?
Yes. Volboo uses industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. We are compliant with PCI-DSS standards for card processing. Your sensitive information is never stored in plain text, and all API communications use TLS 1.2+.
