1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Volboo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Volboo.

2. Account Registration

To use Volboo, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use Volboo's payment services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations. You may not use our services for fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or any activity that violates CBN regulations.

• You must not attempt to circumvent security measures
• You must not interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

4. Fees and Payments

Volboo charges fees for certain services as outlined in our Fee Structure. Fees are deducted automatically from transactions. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with reasonable notice to users. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

6. Limitation of Liability

Volboo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our platform and users. Upon termination, any outstanding balances will be settled according to our withdrawal procedures.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
